DNA Testing Service Policy

DNA Discoveries Mobile Testing Services, a division of LearnHer Leadership Solutions, LLC, is committed to providing reliable and prompt DNA testing services. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our service offerings. Please review them carefully as they outline your rights and obligations when using our services.

Pricing and Fees

  • Travel Fee: A charge of $0.55 per mile is applicable for each service to cover the travel expenses of our mobile testing unit.

  • Same-Day Appointments: For appointments scheduled on the same day, a fee of $50 will be charged.

  • After-Hours Appointments: Appointments outside of regular business hours incur a $100 fee.

  • Additional Party in Paternity Tests: If a paternity test involves testing an additional party, an extra fee per person will be added.

  • Expedited Results: Expedited delivery of test results is available for an additional $200.

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 75% of the total fee is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining 25% of the fee must be paid in full prior to the release of the test results. No results will be provided until complete payment is received.

  • Alternate Payment Plan: For clients who need flexibility, alternate payment plans may be available. Please contact us directly to discuss options that can accommodate your financial situation.

  • Insurance: Please note that we do not accept medical insurance as a form of payment.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once a service appointment has been scheduled and a deposit received, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure of your need for DNA testing before scheduling an appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Changes to Service Policy

  • Policy Updates: DNA Discoveries Mobile Testing Services reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the policy periodically for any changes.
