REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy Statement

At DNA Discoveries Mobile Testing Services, we are committed to providing you with reliable and timely genetic testing services. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Payment Terms: Testing services will not commence until we have received at least 75% of the total cost of the requested service. This initial payment is non-refundable.

  2. Completion of Payment: The remaining balance of the payment must be completed within 30 days after the initial 75% has been paid. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the testing process and results.

  3. Cancellation of Results: If payment is not received within the stipulated 30-day period, any processing of test results will be halted, and the order will be considered cancelled.

  4. Reinstatement of Services: Should you wish to continue with the testing services after cancellation, you may request reinstatement of your results. A reinstatement fee of $50 will be added to the remaining balance due. Full payment (remaining balance plus reinstatement fee) will be required to proceed with processing your results.

  5. No Refunds: Please note that once payment is made, there are no refunds available. This applies to both the initial payment and any subsequent payments made towards the total cost of the service.
